The Kiss, Chelsea, New York City, USA

This mural of the vintage V-J Day Kiss picture (shot in Time Square in 1945) can be seen on 25th Street and 10th Avenue on the the not-to-be-missed-if-you're-in-NY Highline - a public park built on an old freight rail line. The mural is by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra.

Street Art: Greetings from Sea Bright

Greetings, Sea Bright, New Jersey, USA

This beautiful old style postcard mural by artist Jim Kovic is on the corner of Ocean and Peninsula Avenues in Sea Bright, NJ. Sea Bright is a cute little seaside town with a beautiful beach. It was hit very hard by hurricane Sandy in 2012 but got nicely back on it's feet. Worth a visit!

"Trapart is to make something out of nothing with dedication and humble beginnings." ~ Tonyconcep. Fine specimen can be seen at 190 Bowery in Manhattan. Not for long though as the building was sold recently and might be transformed into condos.

This old man was found on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Bedford Avenue is good to visit for an interesting assortment of street art and graffiti.

Street Art: Live your Dream

Live Your Dream, Bowery & Spring, Manhattan, NYC, USA

OK, so this is technically not street art. It's good old graffiti. But I still love it because of the message. It was on the Germania Bank building at 190 Bowery which has been a graffiti and street art covered private residence for years.

Street Art: Arty Truck

Arty Truck, East Village, New York City, USA

I saw this truck while having brunch at one of my favorite East Village spots - Cafe Orlin on St. Marks Place (and 2nd Avenue). You can choose anything from there breakfast/brunch menu and won't be disappointed. Guaranteed.

Street Art: The Printer's Alley

The Printer's Alley, Nashville, TN, USA

The Printer's Alley is a famous lane in downtown Nashville (between 3rd and 4th Avenues). This nightclub district dates back to the 40's. There is some interesting street art to be seen between the bars and the watering holes.

Street Art: Lobster

Red Tank Lobster in Bar Harbor, Maine, USA

I found this red lobster on an off road diesel tank in Bar Harbor, Maine. Bar Harbor is an amazing little town to visit if you go to New England. Beautiful with excellent sights and food.

Street Art: Ram

Ram, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY, USA

Williamsburg is one of the best places to visit for a variety of Street Art. I didn't get the details of this piece on the outside (door) of a restaurant but I love the vibrant colors.
