Windows: Room with a View
Room with an Ocean View, Montego Bay, Jamaica
This fabulous view of the ocean is from one of the bedrooms of the beautiful Jamaican Georgian style Rose Hall Great House near Montego Bay. Legend has it that Annie Palmer, who owned in this house at one time, was a "white witch" who murdered three of her husbands. This was Annie's view from her bedroom...

Street Art: Lazy Day at the Beach...
Lazy Day at the Beach, Sandy Hook, New Jersey, USA
I spotted this birdie on the bay side of one of Sandy Hook's fantastic beaches. The 7-mile stretch of ocean and beaches are about an hour's ferry ride from Manhattan. Definitely worth a visit!

Street Art: Watertank Project
The Watertank Project, Chelsea, New York City, USA
Art is wrapped around NYC watertanks to foster environmental awareness and social advocacy. A beautiful idea! These two tanks can be seen from the High Line in Chelsea (around 29th Street and 10th Avenue). There are a few more around the city and hopefully many more to come.

Street Art: Mural on Bowery & Houston
Mural, Lower Manhattan, New York City, USA
Street artists Revok & Pose's Mural on the Bowery Graffitti Wall, 2013. The mural's been replaced but is a bit on the controversial side as the artists are suing Roberto Cavalli for using some of the images without permission in a clothing line. Graffitti has indeed come a long way.

Street Art: Containers
Container Art, New York City, USA
Walking south from 34th street on 10th Avenue, to enter the not-to-be-missed-if-you're-in-NY Highline at West 34th, you'll find these two street art containers. The Highline - a public park built on an old freight rail line - runs from 34th all the way down to Gaansevoort street in the Meatpacking District. A glorious walk with much to see!
